DAVID MENDEZ.    David is co-founder at CapA. He subsequently served as Managing Director for Techstars/Arcadis City of 2030 Accelerator in Amsterdam, and is a Managing Partner for for Good Growth Capital, an early stage technology investor. David has over 23 years experience in venture investing, and prior to his VC work was a successful serial entrepreneur experiencing several exits, and advising multiple startups in the USA and Europe in business development, finance and operations. He was founder of a NEA-backed B2B supply chain technology company, Supplybase.inc, which sold to i2 Technologies in 2000. Prior to being an entrepreneur, David worked as an engineer and business manager at DuPont, Conoco and General Electric. David has an engineering degree from Clemson University and an MBA from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. 

TANYA MARVIN-HOROWITZ.    Tanya has resided in Stockholm, Sweden since 2014, and is Co-founder at CapA.  Tanya is a Partner at Butterfly Ventures, based between Stockholm and Helsinki. Prior to starting CapA, Tanya spent 10+ years in NYC as a FINRA registered M&A Banker and Asset Manager. Tanya has served on the Board for ACG NY and also started ACG NY’s International Committee & a member of the Women of Leadership Committee. Her substantial rolodex consists of global corporations, PE & VC Funds. Prior to being a financial services executive, she also worked as a business manger for professional athletes and entertainers. Tanya was a collegiate tennis athlete and has a BBA from GA State University with a minor in Mathematics.
